Daniel “Donny” Epstein, is a managing and founding member of the firm. Over the past 25+ years, Mr. Epstein has successfully obtained personal injury and various other civil litigation settlements and verdicts that have netted his clients hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts, settlements and awards.
Mr. Epstein has also litigated divorce and family matters, including complex custody disputes and high net worth divorces.
He is certified as a civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. For his accomplishments and his dedication to his clients, Mr. Epstein has been featured in such periodicals and legal journals as the New Jersey Law Journal, Lifestyles Magazine, Verdict Search, Trial Excellence, and the Reader’s Digest. He has appeared on CBS News and other local media outlets, and in 2020, with law partner Elliot Ostrove, was awarded the Litigation Department of the Year award from the New Jersey Law Journal. Mr. Epstein was named a Best Lawyers Honoree and was selected for inclusion on the New Jersey Super Lawyers™ list. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice and has been a member of the American, New Jersey, New York and Middlesex County Bar Associations (serving as a Trustee for the Middlesex County Bar Association.) He previously served on the New Jersey Task Force for Women in the Courts and currently serves on the Board of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey.
Donny is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law – Newark. He obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. He has been nominated for an Emmy Award and two Tony Awards, and was the founding President of the Board of Directors for the Animus Theatre Group.
