Kenneth Hayes joins Epstein Ostrove, LLC with more than twenty years of diverse litigation experience. Ken is a member of the bars of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
After completing a judicial clerkship, Ken joined a large regional firm where he represented organizations and individuals in construction defect litigation, business disputes, and insurance coverage matters. Ken then joined a well respected insurance defense firm where he engaged in product liability, professional negligence, personal injury, and construction defect litigation. Most recently, Ken represented national banks in creditors rights litigation.
In 2023, by Order of the New Jersey Supreme Court, Ken was appointed for a 5-year term to the Board of Trustees of The IOLTA Fund of the Bar of New Jersey.
Ken is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law-Newark where he was the notes and comments editor of the Rutgers Law Review and the recipient of the Alan A. Axelrod prize which is awarded to the student with the highest average in commercial law classes.
In his free time, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife, two young children and riding his motorcycle.
