Leigh-Anne Mulrey joins EPSTEIN OSTROVE, LLC with close to fifteen years of practice in various facets of state and federal civil, criminal, trial, and appellate practice. Following her clerkship with Justice Barry T. Albin of the New Jersey Supreme Court, Leigh-Anne commenced employment with a litigation boutique firm that specialized in a vast variety of legal matters, including complex commercial litigation, employment and other contractual disputes, and criminal defense. She has managed all aspects of civil and criminal litigation and appellate practice.
Having actively participated in jury trials in several of the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York, Leigh-Anne has gained vast knowledge and experience in a multitude of practice areas. Fueled by passion and proven dedication, she has developed a reputation for implementing creative, logical, and lateral resolutions, successfully resolving disputes in a creative and efficient manner.
Leigh-Anne received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University, and graduated a member of the Order of the Coif from Rutgers School of Law – Newark. In addition to being admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, she is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Leigh-Anne has been selected and recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star more than ten times. She has served as Criminal Justice Act panel member, in which she was entrusted to represent indigent defendants on an appointed basis in federal courts throughout New Jersey, and lectured on multiple occasions for various professional organizations, including the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey, the New Jersey Association for Justice, and the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey. Vetted and sanctioned by the New Jersey State Policemen’s Benevolent Association, Leigh-Anne is authorized to provide representation to members of law enforcement throughout the State of New Jersey in civil, disciplinary, and criminal matters pursuant to the State’s Legal Protection Plan.
