Michael Heck is a Trial Lawyer at Epstein Ostrove, LLC’s Civil Litigation Group. He joined the firm in 2016, after practicing at a premier New Jersey insurance defense firm. He has appeared in courts throughout New Jersey, representing litigants in all areas of civil litigation.
Since joining Epstein Ostrove, LLC in 2016, Michael has established himself as an acclaimed and celebrated trial attorney advocating for the men and women of New Jersey. His practice focuses on all areas of civil litigation. He enjoys and takes great pride in handling his cases from their inception through trial.

In New Jersey, his verdicts and settlements have been featured in the New Jersey Law Journal and Top 50 Settlements in New Jersey. In 2018, Michael negotiated two of the largest settlements in the State of New Jersey. In 2019, he was again recognized for closing one of the largest settlements in the State. In 2020, Michael negotiated five of the top 100 settlements in the State, with two settlements in the top 50.
In 2020, Michael was featured in Trial Magazine for his work on a $1,200,000 settlement related to a motor vehicle collision caused by defendant’s failed to yield the right of way. As a result, he was recognized as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Fewer than 1% of attorneys in the United States are members of this exclusive Forum.
