Mina M. Miawad
Mina Miawad joined the Commercial Litigation Department of EPSTEIN OSTROVE, LLC in 2017. His practice currently involves a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, partnership disputes, lien priority disputes, Consumer Fraud Act litigation, and business torts. Mina has experience participating in various phases of pretrial practice, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and dispositive motions. Mina also has Appellate practice experience.
Prior to joining the firm, Mina gained experience with New Jersey’s federal courts, having interned for the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella at the United States Bankruptcy Court – District of New Jersey. Mina earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School – Newark and his Bachelor of Sciences from Rutgers University in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology.
Mina is admitted to practice in the State Courts in New Jersey and New York, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mina is verbally fluent in Arabic. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, working out, and is an avid car person.
