Motolani Oyedele focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, as well as general corporate matters. Her experience includes, providing support to businesses of all sizes in a wide variety of matters including, minority shareholder rights, management of claims made by employees under state and federal laws, license agreements, negotiation and drafting of severance agreements, negotiation and drafting of restrictive covenant agreements, negotiation and drafting of vendor agreements, regulatory licensing issues, corporate compliance, contract review, and due diligence matters.
Since joining EPSTEIN OSTROVE, LLC, Motolani has worked with companies ranging in size from less than 10 to more than 2,500 employees in various industries including, healthcare, restaurant equipment, technology, property restoration, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining EPSTEIN OSTROVE, LLC, Motolani worked for three years in the commercial department of one of Nigeria’s leading law firms. Motolani completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Lagos, Nigeria, where she obtained her Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. She attended Penn State Law School where she obtained her Masters-of-Law in International and Corporate Law. She is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.
