Yale A. Leber
An Associate in EPSTEIN OSTROVE, LLC’s Commercial Litigation Department, Yale represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation. From small businesses and start-ups to large companies, Yale puts his experience in government relations and in the technology sector to effective use by providing counsel with a fluency in how modern companies work in today’s digital world. Yale’s practice focuses on business ownership disputes, partnership/membership disputes, claims of trade secret misappropriation, and consumer protection issues.
During college, Yale interned for Merck & Co.’s Federal government relations office in Washington, D.C., with Squire Patton Boggs, LLP, as its lead healthcare intern, and for the Manufacturers’ Association of Central New York, in Syracuse, New York. Yale obtained his bachelor’s degree, graduating magna cum laude, from Syracuse University. Upon graduating from Syracuse University, Yale worked for Microsoft, as a Technical Adviser, where he delivered collaborative and enriching training sessions to both consumer and business customers.
While he was in law school, Yale represented indigent clients in the Boston College Legal Services, Civil Litigation Clinic. Upon graduation, Yale held a clerkship with Honorable Robert J. Mega, J.S.C., the designated New Jersey Superior Court Complex Business Litigation Program (CBLP) Judge for Union County, New Jersey, where he assisted the Court render decisions in disputes regarding businesses, commercial transactions, and construction projects that had complex factual and legal issues.
