David Ventoso is an Associate in Epstein Ostrove’s Personal Injury Practice Group. Prior to joining the Firm, he handled a broad range matters for individual clients in multiple practice areas including, but not limited to, personal injury matters, contract disputes, small claims matters, DWIs, and municipal and other minor criminal infractions.
Mr. Ventoso served in two judicial law clerkships. The first was with the Honorable Christopher S. Romanyshyn, J.S.C., a Judge in the Non-Dissolution , Family Part in Essex County. He served his second judicial clerkship with the Honorable Donna Gallucio, J.S.C. in the Passaic County Criminal Division, during which he was involved in pretrial detention hearings during the post-2018 NJ bail reform.
Mr. Ventoso earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in New York, NY. While in law school, Mr. Ventoso interned for the Honorable John A. Conte, J.S.C. (Ret.), where he drafted legal opinions for termination of parental rights, municipal appeals, and assisted in the criminal division as a de facto law clerk. During his time in law school, he earned first place in the school’s intramural negotiation competition.
