Otto Marcano is a Senior Associate and the Chair of the Workers Compensation Department at Epstein Ostrove, LLC.

Prior to joining Epstein Ostrove, Otto managed his own law practice for more than 20 years.  There, he represented clients in matters that included Personal Injury, Municipal Court, Social Security Disability, Immigration, Employment Law, Tenancy Law, and Consumer Rights litigation. His main area of practice, however, which he has focused on since the beginning of his career, has been Workers Compensation Law on behalf of Petitioners/Claimants.

Otto earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School-Newark, which he attended at night while working during the day, first as an Investigator with the State Public Defender’s Office and later with a tenant’s rights and advocacy firm.  Prior to law school, Otto graduated with honors and received a B.A. in both Political Science and Pre-Law from Montclair State University.

Otto has been a member of the American Bar Association; New Jersey State Bar Association, Workers Compensation Division; Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey; and Association of Latino Professionals for America.

In his spare time, Otto spends time with his family and in family activities and enjoys engaging in moderate sports and exercise to stay fit.
