Brendan is an Associate in Epstein Ostrove, LLC’s Commercial Litigation Department.
Prior to joining the firm, Brendan practiced in a New York Based law firm handling a broad range of general civil litigation matters. He is a former law clerk to the Hon. Myrna Socorro, J.S.C., in the Supreme Court, Bronx County, State of New York.
Brendan earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law school, where he served as a research assistant to Professor Anita Bernstein and a Block Judicial Fellow for the Hon. Julien Xavier Neals, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
