We offer our associates the ability to work closely with our senior lawyers to build knowledge of the law and grow professionally. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with proven research, writing, and client service skills, and must possess strong academic credentials. Judicial clerkship is a plus. Summary

EPSTEIN OSTROVE, LLC seeks a smart, organized, experienced candidate to serve as a Medical Malpractice Paralegal who will work closely with the attorney to maintain a significant caseload of MedMal files, in varying stages from intake through resolution.

The ideal candidate must be pleasant, professional, and possess strong written and oral communication skills. Summary

EPSTEIN OSTROVE, LLC seeks a hardworking, dedicated, and highly organized candidate with at least 5 years of Personal Injury experience to join a busy litigation team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing support for attorneys by performing a variety of duties, such as assisting with pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence; answering phones; and communicating with attorneys, clients, and court personnel. This position requires exceptional administrative processes effective judgment managing information; excellent organizational, client service, and written and verbal communication skills; the ability to multitask while adapting to changes in priorities; excellent technological skills, including proficiency in MS Office; and the ability to adapt to changes in technology and process. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and decorum. Spanish fluency a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with firm Partners to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers while staying engaged with current clients.
  • Develop marketing strategies that comply with current company standards and ensure that all communications adhere to Epstein Ostrove brand and communications standards.
  • Research and maintain understanding of competitors to stay ahead of similar service / client offerings.
  • Collaborate with leadership team to develop industry and need-based messaging.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, brand awareness and client engagement.
  • Oversee and manage Epstein Ostrove social media strategy to grow followers and engagement.
  • Lead research to drive thought leadership that fuels meaningful content, press, awareness, and a reputation of Epstein Ostrove as a thought leader and information resource.
  • Contribute to social media postings and management of social media accounts and content calendar.
  • Develop, edit, and review content for messaging, style guidelines, brand consistency, and voice; provide education and guidance to ensure high quality writing for all Epstein Ostrove content.
  • Coordinate with partners, thought leaders, and other third parties to produce high quality joint content programs.
  • Provide accurate and timely project reporting on all content marketing activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content-focused roles
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing / preferably but not necessarily regarding communications within the legal / law firmspace

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent graphic design capabilities are a must.
  • Excellent press writing and press release skills for online and print.
  • Ability to work with branded marketing materials to create online posts, etc.
  • Experience developing rich media content (video, interactive, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical capability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Web Content Management Systems a plus.
  • Experience with HTML, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to self-motivate and truly own all aspects of marketing for Epstein Ostrove.
