Having practiced law in NJ since 1995, Daniel “Donny” Epstein, is a managing and founding member of the firm. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Epstein has successfully obtained personal injury and various other civil litigation settlements and verdicts that have netted his clients hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts, settlements and awards.
He is certified as a civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. For his accomplishments and his dedication to his clients, Mr. Epstein has been featured in such periodicals and legal journals as the New Jersey Law Journal, Lifestyles Magazine, Verdict Search, Trial Excellence, and the Reader’s Digest.
He has appeared on CBS News and other local media outlets, and in 2020, with law partner Elliot Ostrove, was awarded the Litigation Department of the Year award from the New Jersey Law Journal.
Mr. Epstein heads his firm’s personal injury practice, and last year the New Jersey Law Journal recognized the firm as the top choice to refer a personal injury matter in the state of NJ.
Mr. Epstein has been named a Best Lawyers Honoree, has been selected for inclusion on the New Jersey Super Lawyers™ list, and was included in the NJBIZ Leaders in Law Honorees 2024. He serves as a Trustee for the Trial Association of New Jersey and serves on the Board of Governors for the New Jersey Association for Justice. Throughout his career he has been a member of the American, New Jersey, New York and Middlesex County Bar Associations (including serving as a Trustee for the Middlesex County Bar Association.)
In his first year of practice he was proud to be appointed and serve on the New Jersey Task Force for Women in the Courts.
