Will joins Epstein Ostrove, LLC as Counsel with over 29 years of experience as a commercial and employment litigator. Before joining Epstein Ostrove, Will worked at national law firms in New York City and Phoenix, Arizona. Will graduated from New York Law School, the University of Pennsylvania with a M.C.P. degree, and Vassar College, B.A., cum laude, where he was a member of Vassar Men’s Rowing.
Will has represented individuals and corporations in complex business and employment-related litigation in the state and federal courts and before arbitral tribunals, including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and JAMS. His practice includes: Restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation and counseling involving the movement of employees between competitive businesses; commercial litigation involving contract disputes, the misappropriation of trade secrets, and unfair competition; and employment litigation, on behalf of employers and their management. Before entering private practice, Will served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Office of the Corporation Counsel of the City of New York, Commercial and Real Estate Litigation Division.
Will is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Arizona, as well as the United States District Courts for New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of Arizona.
In his free time, Will enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, and researching family history.
