Paul S. St. Marie, Jr. is a Senior Associate in Epstein Ostrove, LLC’s Commercial Litigation Department where he represents corporations, small businesses, and individuals across a broad range of matters, including contractual disputes, business divorce, intellectual property litigation, unfair competition, shareholder litigation, construction litigation, and claims of fraud.
Prior to joining Epstein Ostrove, Paul worked at multiple national and regional law firms in New York, Washington, D.C., and New Jersey where he litigated matters of patent and trademark infringement before several Federal District Courts and the International Trade Commission. Paul also represented pharmacies and other healthcare providers in litigation and arbitration matters related to pharmacy audits and network access disputes.
Paul graduated cum laude from Rutgers Law School and obtained a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a minor in Mathematics from Widener University. During law school, Paul served as a judicial intern to both the Honorable Peter G. Sheridan, U.S.D.J., in the District of New Jersey and the Honorable Leonard P. Stark, then Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and now Circuit Judge with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
In his free time, Paul enjoys hiking with his dog, learning new recipes, and traveling with friends and family.
